THE PAST
The warehouse, dating back to around 1925, originally housed the Belle Meade Hosiery Mill. Later, it was home to a discount cabinet shop. The original structure, along with the floors, brick, and window frames will remain as the warehouse is meticulously restored to its original state.
THE PRESENT
Stocking 51 restores the original Belle Meade Hosiery Mill complex and integrates new and modern amenities. The mix-use restaurant, retail, and commercial space is broken out into four phases. Phase 1 is the original Hosiery and is fully leased. Phase 2 is a brand new three-story office/retail space, featuring units of various sizes and specifications. Phase 3 is an old mill (formally Mid South Feed), that is currently being renovated and will include restaurant and retail space. The Phase 4 building sits between the two original structures and will house retail and commercial tenants.
ABOUT THE DEVELOPER
Vintage South is a real estate investment firm headquartered in Nashville with the goal to create one of a kind homes and commercial properties that restore the details and inherent character of past traditions. Nathan Lyons is the Founder of Vintage South, and has a passion for creating new and reimagining old spaces to create unique and timeless projects. A University of Mississippi graduate, Nathan has spent years working to do things a little differently, and is never afraid to take a chance and try something new. Nathan takes on projects that inspire him and that he is passionate about, and always surrounds himself with outstanding business partners.
